Can I change my order?
Orders are processed typically in 24-48 hours after they are placed. We can change an order only if it has not been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please have your order number handy, then call our Customer Service department. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order.
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Yes, have your order number handy, and then call our Customer Service department and If your order has not been shipped, we can add or remove items from your order.
What if my order is not correct when I receive it?
We try very hard to prevent this from happening, but if it does please contact our customer service department so we can correct it immediately. You will not be responsible for the charge of the second shipment
How do I know if an item is available at the time I place an order?
You will be contacted immediately by phone or by email.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive the order.
Can I receive my order at a P.O. Box?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.
Which Carriers do you use?
We use USPS and FedEx as our main carriers although other carriers such as DHL or UPS can be used if necessary.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a catalog since our product line is constantly changing.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada but we will have to let you know, by phone or e-mail, what
the shipping fee will be when we receive the order.
Do you guarantee your products?
We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your candle or candle holder for a refund.
What must I do to return an order?
All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us by e-mail and we willl issue you one then you can send the products back to us. As soon as we receive your returned package we will refund your money, usually within 7 to 10 days.
